It also belong to those who are planning to migrate to Mumbai from different parts of the country. It belongs to everyone in India. But does it also belong to Marathi manoos? <br /><br />The sense of ownership of Mumbai felt by non local is based on material benefit. For Marathi people, it includes emotional and identity linkages. Let us be very clear. Every one in India may own Mumbai.
